I say gentle India introduction for a few reasons: you're relatively (~500+m) away from the general chaos and those trying to separate you from your wallet. The building is new and my room was surprisingly western with a gazillion task lights. Please be care-full when you were there, specially travel agencies and event management companies because you'll never know when your relation to your guest will damage.
We don't know which type of management is there, Golden Palms have a good repo in the market but like this type of persons are decreasing the repo of the Golden Palms Hotel, We have organized a function in Banglore Property also, they are very good in a Hospitality but In delhi oh my god.still our guest is not talking to us properly like before and not paying the balance money, money is not too important but our relation to our guest is totally dis-balance and all this happen only by this hotel. Rev Anand who is the Front office manager there, he knew each n everything, even Hotel GM also knew about that. We have never seen this type of hotel and management, good news was that Mr. That time no buddy told to us anything but at time of rooms check out they have charged directly to our guest and told to our guest if you will not pay the bill we'll not check out from here. I don't know what I should i write about the hotel but I want to write something about Front Office because its very important to all that what they do with the guest,Last Month(17/01/14) we have organized a c/t dinner and booked some rooms in this hotel, we told to them that don't charge anything to the guest, WE'll pay you each and everything, unfortunately at the time of rooms check out we were not there and we told to them, tomorrow we'll pay your all bills but they didn't excepted, then we told to them that adjust the money from my advanced payment which we have deposit to you for our next 2 function.
